The production time for any custom piece will vary depending on the detail involved and sourcing the desired material. During the early stages of this process, we always advise customers of an estimated production time of anywhere between 10 - 12 weeks, however we cannot guarantee any exact timeframes or dates until in production.

While Noma Co does not offer direct styling services, we do provide select pieces for loan to styling professionals for use in staging and photoshoots.

For all online stock we can arrange shipping as soon as the order is placed. For smaller items we can ship within 3 days, for larger items we arrange shipping through our couriers who generally pick up from ACT every 2-3 weeks.

Noma Co can offer interstate delivery where possible. If you are an interstate customer, we will contact you directly upon purchase to arrange delivery via a trusted courier company. Noma Co does not have a showroom however if you keep an eye out on our social media pages, we are constantly featuring some of our pieces in the showrooms of local Canberra businesses. You can also view some pieces through other collaborations we may be doing at the time (open homes, interior design projects, ect).

The marbles, travertine and granites used are all natural products. The characteristics of each material, including colours and veins can vary from each slab. Due to the nature of the materials, light scratches can be visible and some marbles may be more porous than others.
It is important to be conscious when cleaning each piece. A warm damp cloth should be efficient for all regular cleans. Avoid leaving any spillage for a period of time to prevent penetration into the product, if left over time this can cause staining. Plates are not sealed, and therefore be conscious some foods can cause staining.
All our pieces are designed and manufactured using the highest quality products. However, given the nature of the material and designs, it is important to take extreme care when handling. Be cautious not to leave natural marbles in direct sunlight for long periods as this can cause discolouration and marks.
