Delivery:

All local orders (ACT) are delivered by our team within 7 days of purchase. (Delivery does not include up any stairs)
Upon purchase, we will contact you to organise a time and day for delivery. Please allow upto 14 days for delivery.

For all interstate deliveries, our team will contact you directly upon purchase to organise shipping via a courier service. (additional courier fees may apply)

Due to the nature of marble, each design varies in size and weight, our shipping rates are dependent of the weight of each piece.

Shipping Rates

• Standard: $150

• Medium: $250

• Large: $350

• Custom orders: To be advised during quoting process.

Installation:
Some Noma Co designs require installation onsite. If so this is noted in the item descriptions.

Returns:
All Noma Co sales are final. Each piece is a unique one-off design made from offcut materials; no exchanges or refunds are accepted.

Damages or issues:
Noma Co pieces are unique one off pieces fabricated from offcut pieces of marbles and stones. Therefore there may be pre existing wear and tear to the surfaces from manufacture and production. Please contact us immediately if your order has other damages or issues of concern.
